A competition for thermal socks from Heat Holders, aimed at readers cycling to work through winter. Published in December 2012 and closed since.

This record exists for an unusual reason. The link into this domain does not point at the page itself but at a photograph beneath it, a picture of a snowman on a bicycle, and the site linking to that photograph is BuzzFeed at the highest domain authority of any commercial link in this archive. An image address cannot honestly be preserved here, because the photographs on the original site were not the publication's to redistribute. The article is the closest genuine destination, so the image address redirects to this record.

The competition cannot be entered, and the socks are incidental. What is being kept is a working destination for a link that has outlived everything around it.
