A profile of Madia and Matilda, a clothing label the publication described as making garments from defective, recycled and end of line fabrics alongside natural textiles, with manufacturing carried out in a studio in the Cotswolds.

The piece was appreciative rather than investigative. It described the designs and the colour palette at some length and did not examine the sourcing claims it repeated, which is the pattern across the publication's label profiles.

Published in October 2014, this is one of the later dated records in the archive. The output of the original site falls away sharply after this point, and only two records in this collection carry a later date. A UK clothing retailer links to this address, which is how it survived into the backlink profile that this archive was built from.

Whether the label is still trading, and whether its sourcing practices are as described, are questions this record does not answer and does not attempt to. It states what the page said in 2014.
