An entry in a recurring series called School of Cool, numbered fifteen, introducing the broadcaster and stylist Gemma Cairney. The page ran as a mock question and answer: who she was, what else the reader needed to know, and why she was appearing on the site.

It recorded that Cairney was a Brit School graduate presenting the Radio 1Xtra breakfast show with Trevor Nelson, that she had worked as a stylist with Florence and the Machine and the Pigeon Detectives, and that she had presented Channel 4's Frock Me. It then announced that she would front the Turn Up The Style, Turn Down The Heat campaign that winter, and that she would appear at Britain's Next Top Model Live at ExCeL in October, demonstrating how to restyle an old jumper.

The restyling demonstration was the campaign's hook: the argument for turning the heating down was made through clothes rather than through energy. English Wikipedia cites this address in its article on Gemma Cairney.
