It’s a brand spanking new year, which means we’re starting to think about all the cool places we want to go to in 2015. Why not ditch the plane and take a Staycation instead? Staycations – holidaying in the UK rather than going further afield – are a great way to take the stress out of your trip. And with so many amazing places to stay in the UK you’ll never want to leave again…

We’ve mentioned Bournemouth before, and we’re mentioning it again – it’s that good. This time around, we’d like to introduce you to The Chocolate Boutique Hotel. Yep, you read that correctly.

Nested in the fashionable Soho Quarter of Bournemouth, this cute little pad has only 13 rooms – with suites, double, twin or single rooms to choose from. This is the perfect escape for big groups or lone travellers.

All the rooms are furnished to a high, modern standard, equipped with a LCD flat screen TV, iPod docking station, tea and coffee making machines and free WiFi… what more could you ask for? That’s not to mention that daily chocolate and breakfast is included too!

Here at Global Cool we love chocolate, so naturally we love this hotel and couldn’t wait to share it with you. If your love of chocolate is as strong as ours, you can further your relationship with it by undertaking a chocolate workshop where you will be shown how to master scrumptious goodies by hand… before scoffing them all.

Once you’ve become a professional chocolateur (yes, that is a word… probably), immerse yourself in the beauty of Bournemouth. The town centre is packed with things to do for people of all ages, and of course there’s the award-winning beach to top it all off!

After you’ve looked at the gallery below, you’ll be wanting to book for next weekend. Don’t all rush at once now…
