Unprocessed FoodWe’ve seen many versions of this diet before and it really is very simple – you can eat as much as you like all the time as long as it is fresh and unprocessed. This diet is particularly good for giving your entire body a detox as all that fresh food will do wonders for your skin and digestion too. And because we all know the best fresh food is seasonal fresh food, you’ll be supporting your local stores too.


CyclingThe car-free diet
Instead of cutting out carbs and laying awake at night starving, why not cut out your car instead? Ditch the car and hop on a bike instead. It will save you money on transport, stop you emitting nasty fumes and will also count towards your daily cardio.
