IKEA Rolls Out Vegan Swedish Meatballs
It’s finally happened! On April 9, IKEA served up their first plate of vegan Swedish meatballs in their stores’ restaurants. The veggie ball, or the GRÖNSAKSBULLAR (say that three times fast), will be served in a plate with ten balls for $4.49. It has 100 less calories than the original beef/pork combination meatball and about half the fat.
