Because living like a celeb doesn’t have to cost the Earth…
Professor Green may have just got engaged to Made In Chelsea‘s Millie Mackintosh but we want to get one more snog in before they officially tie the knot. The popular rapper knows that no matter how many fans you have you’re never too famous to get around on public transport. Pro Green must have taken our advice seriously as he was snapped on a London bus riding around town. Now that’s definitely one way to be good to green!
OK so we don’t know many women who wouldn’t want to marry Ryan Gosling given the chance. And now the gorgeous Drive actor (who has already done a lot to help animals everywhere) has teamed up with PETA to try to help the cows. We will also never forget when the handsome The Notebook actor worked with DoSomething to help promote the importance of recycling
The campaign featured pictures of Gosling with recycling related text. One of our favourites was the “Hey girl, recycling one ton of plastic saves 7.4 cubic yards of landfill space, almost as much space as you take up in my heart” poster. Check out all the other images here and get ready for a bit of a swoon.
He may be big time in the boxing ring but David Haye is getting a slap on the wrist from us this week. The British heavyweight ended up randomly doing a tandem skydive with Michael Schumacher last week. There are a few things wrong with this in our opinion… 1) if you’re famous and you’re going to hurl yourself out of a plane at least do it for charity; and 2) we know load of ways he can get his kicks without having to hop on a gas-guzzling plane. We hope Haye goes for a bit of plane-free skydiving instead next time?
Here comes the science bit…
GC articles show you a few ways (the ones in bold) to live greener…
