We’re always on the look out for the good, the bad and the ugly in celebsville. But unlike most of the celebrity rags, we’re more concerned with who’s using their canvas bag at the supermarket than who’s been spending a little bit too much quality time with the botox needle. And what better way to put them to rights than by playing our favourite TV show, Snog Marry Avoid…
After his recent split from the A-Team’s Jessica Beal, Justin is back on the market but we don’t think he’ll be single long. At the 24th annual Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards on Saturday he walked away with the Big Help Award making him a Global Cool fave this week. Timberlake has worked with the Shriners Hospital for Children for many years now and said in a recent interview: “My two loves are golf and the environment.” In fact, he has an annual PGA golf tournament that helps to raise money and awareness for the organisation.
We wanted to marry Julia Roberts anyway just for that smile, but now we’ve found out how much she cares about her planet we want to even more. The academy award winning actress has teamed up with the Sea.Thos Foundation to promote awareness of the human impact on the world’s oceans. The pretty woman said: “It’s now time that we all see what’s happened and what we’ve all done together as a collective. If we can’t undo it, let’s at least stop doing it.” We think taking some time out to support this worthy cause gives her our stamp of approval.
Harrison Ford has done a few great green things recently. We just wish he would stop taking unecessary journeys on his private planes. In a recent interview he said: “Learning to fly is a work of art. I’m so passionate about flying I often fly up the coast for a cheeseburger. Flying is like good music; it elevates the spirit and it’s an exhilarating freedom.” Come on Indie, you might really want a burger but all this flying around (Hans) solo will really take its toll on the earth!
Are we wrong? There’s a comments box below for that sort of thing…
